The perfect garden getaway.

The Studio is our multi-purpose space: yoga studio, dance studio, conference room, or bedroom!

For accommodation the Studio is perfect for couples or families with up to 3 children who are happy to all sleep in the same room. The Studio is next to the Stone Cottage so these two also work perfectly together for large groups who want to share a big braai.

Located right next to the first spring-fed pond and looking over the pecan nut orchard, it is a wonderfully tranquil and beautiful space.

Amenities

The Studio is a big open-plan space (hence the name ;-) set up with the kitchen and dining area on one side, a lounge area in the centre, and the sleeping area on the other side. There is one queen bed and two bunk beds, so it can sleep up to 4 people (or even 5 with the sofa). The private bathroom is just around the corner and includes a shower and a dry/composting toilet.
There is also an outside table and chairs and a kettle braai in the garden.

Set just outside of Waterval Boven (one of the most popular weekend destinations among climbers and mountain bikers form Joburg and Pretoria), Tegwaan is a destination in itself: it is the closest place to the Restaurant(-At-The-End-Of-The-Universe) crags, and closely connected to some of the biking and hiking trails. We also have our own ponds and fish, so bring your rope, your hiking shoes, your bike, your fishing rod or your hammock! Your dogs will also love it – and they will be exhausted by the end of the weekend!
